Whats is Cupping?
The British Cupping Society (BCS) defines Cupping Therapy as:
Cupping is quickly becoming a therapeutic intervention chosen often in elite sport and now within private healthcare due to its ability to enhance blood flow, treat soft tissue adhesions and promote recovery.
``Cupping Therapy is an ancient medical treatment that relies upon creating a local suction to mobilise blood flow in order to promote healing``(BCS 2008).
