How do I book if I have private medical insurance?

You can book using either the online booking portal, by phone: 01732 647046 or by email at info@kingshillphysio.co.uk
 
However, in order to process your private medical insurance claim, we requires the following information:
 
Provider e.g. Vitality, Axa PPP
Policy / Membership number
Authorisation code
Expiry date of authorisation
Maximum treatment budget/appointments
Value of personal policy excess

What should I wear to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Please be prepared to expose the skin over the area of injury. For example, if you are not comfortable being assessed for your knee in your underwear bring shorts. 
 
We do however also have gowns in clinic that can be worn to maintain client's modesty.

Is there Free Parking?

Yes plenty, right outside.

We advise patients that for cancellations within 24hrs we charge 50% of treatment fees.
