Physiotherapy
What Should You Expect?
Step 1: We get to work assessing your problem. This involves listening to your history, Then we'll do some tests to get a clear diagnosis.
Step 2: You’ll be told what your problem is in simple, plain English. This will be followed by how we can help, and how long it may take to improve. Then we will answer any questions you have and any do's and don'ts.
Step 3: We will do our best to make you feel better that day. This is a treatment aimed at getting you out of pain.
Step 4: We will construct a rehab plan involving specific, tailored exercises to fix your problem. This will all be tested by you during the session to check your technique. You will receive a full program via email that includes tailored pictures and videos as well as how often and how many. (We can also print the program if you would find this easier.)
Our Promise
We will find and treat the root cause of your problem, we won’t just wobble you around to make you feel better. Rehabilitation is essential to allow you to return to full function and leave you happily understanding your symptoms long after seeing us. The aim is to cure, not just treat your problem.
